We exist to assist clients throughout the world to gain clarity, move through blockages, delve deeper and tap into your potential with sound healing, plant medicine, esoteric teachings, spiritual coaching and sacred ceremony.
Sound is one of the most ancient forms of healing that human beings have used and explored over the millenniums.

All our offerings are designed and developed with love and intention.
We work closely with sound healing, vibration and energy, shamanism and plant medicines, and integrate a combination of these as well as meditation, inquiry, movement, yoga, pranayama and healing into the ceremonies and offerings we hold.

CACAO + SOUND

GONG HEALING
This event will be a full body immersive experience in which participants are awash in sound vibrations produced mainly by the gongs. The gongs are powerful vibrational beings that have a profound effect within the fields of the mind and body and open up space within our bodies. The vibrations penetrate the
subtle body to release blockages that we may be holding onto allowing the frequencies to activate dormant energies in the body. This will be a deep healing session for the mind, body and soul.
No two Gong Healing Meditations are alike, as the energies present on the day are always shifting and we are continually evolving.
* Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, a journal and anything else to create a comfortable space for yourself.
TEACHER TRAINING
Sound Healing Teacher Training will give you a solid foundation in understanding the science and physics of sound including our physiology, the three brains, our nervous system and an overview of stress, trauma/pain and addiction. It will also give you a solid foundation in understanding the energetics, that 99% of us that is unseen. We’ll dive into the cycle of awareness and the chakras. We will also talk about techniques that have been codified down through the ages that assist with our evolution of consciousness, transformation and health.
We will cover a plethora of sonic tools, what they are used for, how they are used and when to use them. You’ll walk away with a solid foundation in the art and science of sound healing and understand how to use sound as a healing modality.

Meet The Founder
Dr. Saleste Mele
With over twenty five years in the holistic health industry, Saleste's expertise includes the study of consciousness & meditation, the mind / body connection, plant medicine and the power of sound as a healing agent.
She has gained many titles over the last two decades including a Ph. D. in Metaphysical Science, Reiki Master, Medical Intuitive and Master Herbalist among others.
At the beginning of her career she had the opportunity to study with the founder of the modern sound healing movement Jonathan Goldman and uses the knowledge as the foundation of the work she does as well as educating others on how to use sound as medicine.
Being plague with anxiety, fear and the lack of self-confidence since childhood... I knew I had to change things... but how?
During my first session with Saleste, I realized I had found something special... "a gift." Through her wisdom and intuition I was given the tools to stop those negative thought patterns and learn how to move forward. Even though I'm a senior I now look forward to my future and life's challenges.
