Everyone is born with a tremendous gift to give this world. However, few individuals have unveiled this gift in its true form. There is a warmth, a blessing, and indescribable inspiration to be in the presence of someone who has fully stepped into this power. This is Saleste and she is my proof on earth that these gifts exist.

The first time I went to see Saleste was at one of her unique sound ceremonies held at Yoga Nova! My first experience of this sort, Saleste talked about the planets and how they correlated with different sounds and emotions. I remember certain sounds resonated with me and where I was in my life at the time. I've had the opportunity to experience one of her gong ceremonies outside at Lucent Fest, surrounded by nature and others craving connection.

It is so simple to sit with medicine, any medicine. But, with a gifted facilitator and healer present in ceremony, the medicine will deeply serve on your journey, the whole way through.
Saleste is a profoundly tapped in facilitator. In a modern day world where spirituality is so readily available at the material level, and the tradition of medicines are watered down, Saleste is a true precious gem of a teacher. She is deeply intuitive, graceful and inspiring. As a facilitator, she is one who truly represents the symbolism of walking the student to the door of experience, and inspiring the individual to opening the door to self empowerment.

Deepened our compassion.
Tools for self care
My partner and I decided to ‘try’ a sound bowl session at a local yoga studio a couple of years ago. The rejuvenation and calm we felt after the 50 minutes was remarkable. So we started to come each week.
We’ve since done much longer sessions, with a variety of sound techniques including an overnight session where gongs, bowls and chimes bathed us in sound all night. These sessions along with a personal one on one with Saleste have given us tools for self care and deepened our compassion for each other.

Saleste made a turn in my life. I followed her trainings for many months and her practice showed me another version, another way to discover who I am. Life is about meetings, isn't it? And Saleste has been one of them!
