Journey into consciousness and relaxation with a Light and Sound Healing experience.
Using the light machine by roXiva with your eyes closed, the stroboscopic effect excites
the retinas. This sends the frequencies and information of white light down the visual cortex where the brain interprets that light and information.
With a mixture of your subconscious, and visual understanding of the world, and inner knowledge, a mixture of kaleidoscopic imagery, colourful mandalas, and a world of expanding and collapsing fractals and sacred geometry is seen all with your eyes closed. Each visual experience is unique to the viewer and different everytime.
For this event, I use cacao to connect with the heart, breath work to prep the physical body, and hands-on healing and gongs to deepen your spiritual meditative experience.

Using the RX1 light machine by roXiva can produce psychedelic states for inner journeying. The light machine increases serotonin production, a very similar-looking molecule to serotonin is DMT. DMT (N,N-Dimethyltryptamine) is one of the active ingredients in the Ayahuasca brew and used as a drug which can produce psychedelics as well as OOBES (Out of body experiences). The experience of the light machine is controlled by the light flicker rate and brightness to stimulate temporary brainwave states and produces a very real optical psychedelic and visionary experience.

Drift into the sacred sounds of the gong and experience deep healing during your cosmic sleep. A Gong Puja honours and allows space for our being’s ability to heal – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The Gong Puja promotes a deep sense of peace, strengthens the nervous system, balances the chakras and increases energy and vitality.
Immersed in the sound of the gong and in the subtle ethers of the sound bath, our Innate Intelligence has the ability to restore, repair and rejuvenate as the cosmic ocean of vibrations wash over us; cleansing, unblocking and freeing us. The functional harmony created by the gong tones bring about an inner stillness where deep healing can occur.
During the Puja, we meditate – or we sleep – a sleep like no other; where we are awake in a dream. Playing gongs at a low level continuously for about 7.5 hours will take you on a "journey to the world of live sound, the dimension of primal, conscious sleep and time out of time.”
